W1 1/3D – Compact and versatile industrial vacuum cleaner
This ATEX certified vacuum cleaner stands out as the most compact and ergonomic in its segment. It is designed to safely remove dust and liquids in working environments classified as medium explosion risk areas.
It integrates the characteristics of robustness, high performance and filtering capacity typical of an industrial vacuum cleaner, with the practicality of use typical of a traditional vacuum cleaner. Every aspect is carefully taken care of: a handle on the container facilitates transport in a horizontal position, while a trolley equipped with 4 wheels of which 2 pivoting facilitate movement inside the premises. A second handle allows you to lift the engine head for filter inspection or as an alternative for transporting the machine.
To ensure efficient vacuuming over time, we have implemented an innovative filter cleaning system: a filter shaker lever promotes the detachment of accumulated materials, ensuring optimal performance. This machine is ideal for the simultaneous collection of dust, waste and liquids, thanks to the variety of accessories included.
The suction is developed by a single-phase carbon bypass motor which guarantees rapid cooling in case of overheating. A solid plastic head protects the engine from possible impacts and intrusions from external bodies, keeping the noise level to a minimum.
Inside the steel filter chamber there is a polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air. A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter itself, preventing saturation and the consequent reduction in suction performance. The suction system with a 32mm diameter inlet positioned below the filter allows you to simultaneously suck dust, solids and liquids, within the capacity of the container, without the need to replace or remove the filter.
The sucked material is deposited in a release container in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a capacity of 15 litres. This allows you to quickly dispose of the vacuumed material, without getting dirty. The extractor is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame.
