Industrial Air Filtration for a Cleaner and Safer Production Environment
Air quality in industrial environments is a key factor in ensuring worker safety, protecting equipment, and maintaining the efficiency of production processes.
In fact, many manufacturing processes can generate fine dust, oil mist, and welding fumes, which—if not properly extracted and filtered—can compromise workplace health and interfere with production activities.
With over 60 years of experience in the industrial vacuum industry, Dupuy develops air filtration solutions designed to meet the needs of a wide range of industrial applications.
Through the use of specialized extraction and filtration technologies, it is possible to capture contaminants generated during processing, limit their release into the environment, and help maintain safer operating conditions.
The goal is to offer reliable systems that can be integrated into production processes and help companies manage the emissions generated by their operations on a daily basis.
DEDUST Industrial Dust Collectors for Dust Extraction and Filtration
To meet the various needs of industrial air filtration, Dupuy offers three specialized product lines: DEDUST, SKY, and FUMEBUSTER, each designed to handle specific types of contaminants.
The DEDUST industrial dust collectors industrial dust collectors are designed to capture and filter fine dust and airborne particles generated during numerous production processes. They can be integrated into production lines or used with localized collection systems, such as extraction arms, to capture dust directly at the source.
Extraction and Filtration of Oil Mists with the SKY Line
The SKY line, on the other hand, includes extraction and filtration systems for oil mist and micro-mist generated by machining processes that use lubricating and cooling oils and emulsions. These solutions help reduce the dispersion of oil particles in the air, promoting cleaner work environments and better protection of equipment.
Welding Fume Extraction: FUMEBUSTER Filtration Systems
Finally, the FUMEBUSTER line is designed for the extraction of welding fumes generated during metal fabrication and assembly operations.
Through localized extraction and a dedicated filtration system, it reduces the presence of airborne contaminants in work areas.
Customized air filtration systems for every industrial process
Every industrial process has specific characteristics in terms of the contaminants it generates, the volume of air to be treated, the processing methods used, and the layout of the production facilities.
For this reason, when selecting an air filtration system, it is important to consider the actual requirements of the application and identify the most appropriate extraction technology, filtration capacity, and configuration.
Dupuy works with companies to help them select solutions tailored to their needs, offering systems that can be integrated directly into machinery, installed near workstations, or connected to production processes.
From dust collection to the filtration of oil mist and welding fumes, Dupuy solutions help improve air quality in industrial environments, reduce the spread of contaminants, and ensure the continuity of production operations.
An approach that combines experience, innovation, and technical expertise to meet the challenges of modern industrial production.
