Dupuy centralized vacuum systems represent one of the most versatile and high-performance solutions in the field of industrial vacuuming, ideal for complex production environments where it is necessary to efficiently manage dust, chips, and processing waste. In large workshops, facilities with multiple departments, or environments spread across wide areas, these systems make it possible to cover long distances while maintaining high suction performance. Unlike mobile systems, a centralized system allows multiple points of use to be served simultaneously through a custom-designed piping network, improving workflow organization and reducing operational time related to cleaning and waste management.
The centralized vacuum system mainly consists of a suction unit and a filtration unit, two fundamental elements that work in synergy to ensure efficiency and operational continuity. The suction unit generates the vacuum required to transport materials through the piping, ensuring consistent power even under intensive operating conditions. The filtration unit, on the other hand, is responsible for retaining the collected particles, including the finest ones, protecting the system and helping maintain high air quality in the working environment. This aspect is particularly important in industrial settings where the presence of dust can affect both operator safety and the efficiency of production processes.
In addition to technical performance, Dupuy systems offer a high level of customization, adapting to specific production needs and the type of material to be vacuumed. Customized solutions for every need
Centralized smoke or dust extraction systems consist of three elements:
– Suction unit: often placed at a considerable distance (up to hundreds of meters) from the point where material extraction takes place. It is sized according to the material to be vacuumed, the areas of material extraction, and the distance to be traveled. It can be a mobile or stationary suction unit.
– filtration unit: very high efficiency for consistently high performance suction. It can be equipped with pocket filters, cartridge filters, and bag filters depending on the material to be vacuumed. Our Filter Silos have various capacities to meet the most stringent requirements.
– Discharge and collection unit: in which the vacuumed material is deposited. Du-Puy uses removable steel containers, big bags, hoppers for conveying material to the desired locations, and rotocells for continuous discharge.
Thanks to their modularity and an ad hoc study by our development team, our systems are capable of sucking up any type of material, at any distance from the source, and then accumulating and discharging it at a chosen point.
