MHD 130

The MHD130 model is available in two versions: standard MHD130 and MHD130HV (high Vacuum). Both turbines are 11 kW, however the maximum depression and air flow values ​​change (4,000 mmh2O and 1,050 m3/h for the standard version and 5,100 mmh2O and 520 m3/h for the HV version). Both turbines are suitable for applications where it is necessary to transport large quantities of material using separators and hoppers or with direct bagging into Big Bags.

All industrial vacuum cleaners in this range are equipped with category L filters as standard, with a filtration efficiency of up to 3 microns, and a vacuum relief valve included. Each aspirator is also equipped with a tangential inlet system, with a metal cyclone welded inside the filtration chamber, which allows the material to be broken down, protecting the filter, directing it directly into the container.
The Du-puy range of industrial vacuum cleaners allows the vacuum cleaner to be equipped with a fully automatic filter cleaning system (in this case 4 antistatic class M cartridges) which uses counter-current air at 6 bar pressure. Alternatively, the aspirator is supplied, as a standard option, with a manual shaking actuated by an ergonomic lever on the side of the drum.
A large surface HEPA (H14) secondary absolute filter can be installed on the entire range.

The aspirated material is deposited in a steel release container mounted on wheels (capacity of 160 litres), which allows the aspirated material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty.
