The aspirator is equipped with a side channel blower, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the motor shaft, and without transmission systems. This aspect of the vacuum cleaner almost completely reduces the wear of the components and the consequent maintenance needs. The turbine produces a large depression combined with a high air flow rate, perfect for the suction of large quantities of materials, even for continuous service (even 24 hours a day).

The control panel consists of a stop button panel, containing a thermomagnetic switch. A vacuum gauge allows you to constantly check the level of depression and the saturation state of the filter, and to promptly detect any anomalies. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air.

The simplicity of the filter cleaning system allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter itself, preventing its saturation and maintaining the machine’s suction performance constant. The front suction system with a Ø80 cast aluminum mouth positioned below the filter allows you to simultaneously suck up liquids, dust and solid materials (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.

The aspirated material is deposited in a 100 liter container on wheels with a practical release system for easy emptying, which allows the aspirated material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty, with the possibility of bagging.
