W1 compact and ergonomic industrial vacuum cleaner | DU-PUY
The W1 industrial vacuum cleaner is the most compact and ergonomic of its kind.
Built with industrial components, its weight, less than 20Kg, and size, extremely small 40x43x96cm, make it more handy and compact than many commercial vacuum cleaners.
It is equipped with 1 single-phase motor, an 8,000 cm2 class L polyester filter and a capacious 15lt quick-release container.
This vacuum cleaner combines the advantages of the strength, high performance and filtering capacity of an industrial vacuum cleaner with the ease of use of a traditional vacuum cleaner.
Every detail is taken care of: the handle placed on the bin allows the transport in a horizontal position, the trolley equipped with 4 wheels, 2 pivoting, facilitates movement within the premises, and a second handle allows the motor head to be lifted to inspect its filter or to provide a second option to transport the machine.
To ensure vacuuming efficiency, we equipped the vacuum cleaner with an innovative filter cleaning system: the filter shaking lever generates the detachment of deposited material ensuring better performance.
This machine is ideal for even simultaneous collection of powders, scraps and liquids due to the various available accessories included.
The suction is developed by a single-phase carbon bypass motor which guarantees rapid cooling in case of overheating. A solid plastic head protects the engine from possible impacts and intrusions from external bodies, keeping the noise level to a minimum.
Inside the steel filter chamber there is a polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air. A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter itself, preventing saturation and the consequent reduction in suction performance. The suction system with a 32mm diameter inlet positioned below the filter allows you to simultaneously suck up dust, solids and liquids, within the capacity of the container, without the need to replace or remove the filter.
The vacuumed material is deposited in a steel release container, with a capacity of 15 litres. This allows you to quickly dispose of the vacuumed material, without getting dirty. The extractor is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame.
