W3 AIR-EX 1/3D – ATEX certified industrial compressed air vacuum cleaner

The two third-party ATEX certifications for both indoor area 20 and outdoor area 22 makes it ideal for prolonged and demanding use in areas with moderate explosion risk. Compressed air supply is provided by two Venturi units, available with 19 or 25 nozzles, which are maintenance-free and feature an exceptional balance between air consumption and performance, making it ideal for operating in working environments without electricity or where it is not recommended to use it.

The suction is developed by a compressed air suction unit of the venturi type with 19 or 25 nozzles (requiring an external compressor, not included), protected inside a solid steel head, containing sound-absorbing material which minimizes the noise during service. The outlet air exhaust is directed downwards, so as not to annoy the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel located on the head includes a supply pressure indicator and a vacuum indicator, useful for detecting any saturation of the filter. Two handles on the head allow it to be easily lifted for possible inspection or replacement of the underlying filter.

The class M antistatic pocket filter and the HEPA 14 absolute filter raise the filtration efficiency up to 99.995%.

The aspirated material is deposited in a quick-release container on wheels with a capacity of 65 or 100 liters which allows the aspirated material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with wheels with parking brake.
