The single-phase vacuum cleaner is equipped with a cast aluminum suction unit of the side channel blower type, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the motor shaft, and without transmission systems: this almost completely reduces wear on the components and the consequent maintenance needs. These characteristics, together with the silence, make the engine particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and allow it to develop a very high vacuum, higher than transmission systems of similar power.

The extractor control panel consists of a start-stop push-button panel, containing a thermal-magnetic switch. A vacuum gauge allows you to constantly check the level of depression and the saturation state of the filter, and to promptly detect any anomalies. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air. The turbine is equipped with a vacuum relief valve. If the maximum vacuum is reached due to a blocked tube, it lets air enter the turbine to cool it.

It is not necessary to remove the head and the filter to empty the liquid vacuum collection container.
A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter itself, preventing saturation while maintaining the machine’s suction performance constant. The front suction system with Ø80 cast aluminum nozzle positioned underneath the filter allows you to simultaneously suck up dust, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.

For greater filtration efficiency, a second HEPA H14 filter can be added.

The aspirated material is deposited in a steel release container mounted on wheels (40 liter capacity), which allows the aspirated material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty, with the possibility of bagging.

The dimensions of the industrial vacuum cleaner are extremely compact, 58x63x130 cm, which makes it one of the most manageable vacuum cleaners in the segment. Built in industrial steel, its extreme compactness and power are appreciated by those who need an agile and effective wheeled vacuum cleaner.
