W2 1/3D – ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner for medium explosion risk zones
The W2 1/3D model, equipped with dual ATEX certification for indoor zone 20 and outdoor zone 22, is specially designed to provide safe extraction of combustible dust in work environments with medium explosion risk. In particular, ATEX certification for internal zone 20 ensures the prevention of high explosion risk from the accumulation of combustible material inside the machine body.
The single-phase bypass motor, making it suitable for noncontinuous applications with a runtime of less than 3 hours per day, is protected by an externally certified safety enclosure that prevents the entry of dust during both startup and shutdown.
Power is generated by a single-phase carbon brush by-pass motor, protected by a solid head that prevents the entry of dust.
The double filtration system, consisting of the ANT M antistatic pocket filter and the HEPA 14 absolute filter, meets the need for maximum filtration efficiency of 99.995%.
The AISI 304 stainless steel container has a capacity of 40 litres.
